In 1974 Roy Vaden began building in ground pools all over the middle-Tennessee area. He has over 45 years of pool construction experience. By the early 1980s, our family being residents of Wilson County, began to see a need for a pool supply and service business. This wasn’t our plan at first to expand, it happened in a gradual and unsuspecting way! Having the summers off as a teacher and being Roy’s wife, it began by testing pool water from the kitchen and selling chemicals from a small out-door building. Those fun days of customers drinking a glass of ice tea in the kitchen while getting their pool water tested quickly grew!

Most of our business was in the Nashville and the Wilson County area. Mt. Juliet was right in the center of where we wanted to be. We opened a pool retail store on Lebanon Road in Mt. Juliet in 1984. The retail store business expanded into pool service and pool parts. December 10, 2020 was our last day for our retail store.

Roy Vaden will continue offering in-ground swimming pool replacement liners in Wilson and Smith County areas of Tennessee.
